This means that the funds shown in your payment account are held at reputable banks or covered by an insurance policy, and most importantly, are protected for you. We stop safeguarding your funds when the money has been paid out of your account to your beneficiary. Never store passwords on your phone or computer or write them down anywhere. We recommend you use a reputable password safe to store different passwords.

Change your password regularly and ensure it’s unique from your other passwords. Don’t use obvious words or number combinations.

Stay alert to phishing emails that ask for your personal or security information. We will never ask you for this information by email or for your password or PIN.
